Recipe: Lightened Up Mississippi Pot Roast

“We raise beef on our farm and growing up, roast beef was one of my least favorite meals. This recipe and a crockpot changed all of that. This recipe is now one of our family favorites. Served with mashed potatoes and a warm loaf of bread, it sure hits the spot.” – CGMN volunteer, Sarah Kern
