Farmer, wife and mother
I’ve been involved with agriculture my entire life, I spent my early years on a dairy farm, where I learned the value of hard work and how important animal care is. I’ve also had experience working in chicken barns, running pea combines, working in seed corn research, and spent many years working at a soybean production plant. I also work off the farm at Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Coop in the purchasing department. After working with corn, soybeans and hay for so many years I’m really enjoying learning more about sugar-beets. It really is a fascinating process.
